• Small — 34-36″ chest / 30-32 waist
• Medium — 38-40″ chest / 32-33 waist
• Large — 42-44″ chest / 33-34 waist
• X-Large — 46-48″ chest /36-38 waist

T-shirts follow unisex sizing. Women may prefer to order one size smaller.

Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Waist: Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.
